Be sure to catch gallery artist Marijke van Warmerdam’s solo exhibition Then, now, and then at ZKM, Karlsruhe, Germany. On view are fourteen films which the artist made during a residency in Rome in 2017, and on subsequent visits, that capture life on the streets of the Eternal City. The films reveal traces of the dynamism of the Baroque era still present in Rome today, with accompanying soundscapes to transport you to the city. The exhibition will run until 5 February 2023.
