Fredrik Tydén | Public Commission | Øse Church

The gallery is very pleased to announce that Øse Church Cemetery has recently added several artworks by Fredrik Tydén to the outside space. His work consists of several different elements. On the wide path that runs from the cemetery up towards the church, Tydén has created a small urban square that invites you to meet or gather in front of the church. The square is designed as a semicircle of old and disused burial sites, designed as a variegated brickwork. In the small square stand two smaller bronze sculptures that reproduce figures that you will also see inside the church.
