Biography & CV
Morten Buch (b. 1970, Copenhagen, Denmark) lives and works in Birkerød, Denmark. Buch works predominantly with painting and also with sculpture. Major solo exhibitions include Horsens Kunstmuseum, Horsens, Denmark (2019); Kastrupgårdsamlingen, Tårnby, Denmark (2018) and Kunsthalle Wilhelmshaven, Wilhelmshaven, Germany (2007). Among awards Buch received the Niels Wessel Bagges Art Foundation Grant in 2009.
The artist is represented in the public collections of Arken Museum of Modern Art, the Danish Art Foundation, Horsens Kunstmuseum, Kastrupgårdsamlingen and The New Carlsberg Foundation in Denmark.
