Biography & CV
Fredrik Tydén (b. 1985, Copenhagen, Denmark) lives and works in Vordingborg, Denmark. Tydén received his MFA from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen, Denmark in 2015. He was awarded Carl Nielsen and Anne Marie Carl-Nielsen’s Grant’s Talent Prize in 2020, and The Remmen Foundation Art Prize in 2017. Site specific works include Forum Park, Aarhus University Hospital, Aarhus, Denmark (June 2022), Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen, Herlev Hospital, Herlev, Denmark (2021), and Skovsnogen Artspace, Kibæk, Denmark (2015). Tydén is represented in the public collection of Statens Kunstfond.
